  • Please keep all of your original packaging. (If packaging has not been removed by us on delivery).
  • Ensure that your purchases are kept safe and secure at all times. We cannot be liable for any damages caused after delivery.
  • Inform us immediately (Within the 7 day period from delivery) of your requirement to return your purchase.
  • Liase with our logistics team to arrangement a convenient time for the collection and return of your purchase.

All online purchases at The London Marble Company are covered by a Full 7 Day Money Back Guarantee, detailed below are the key facts you need to know in event that you need to claim a refund after  your goods have been delivered, and in the event you wish to cancel your order and claim a refund prior to delivery.


You have 7 working days from delivery of your furniture in which to advise us that you do not want to keep the goods. All you have to do is inform us. Either call our support team on 0208 608 5872 or contact us online.

After we have acknowledged your request, we ask that you do the following to assist with uplift of the goods: Ensure that the furniture is returned in the condition in which it was received. We will not be able to refund the goods in full if there are any signs of damage or misuse. We will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the goods you wish to return, excluding a collection of the goods charge of £100.00.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and in the same condition as they arrived ready for collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this causes damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value. If the items were delivered by our white glove delivery team we will supply packaging on collection.

Collections will be arranged within 30 days of notification. Please be aware our collections are an all day service and we are not able to advise specific delivery times in advance. Once the goods are back at our warehouse and have been inspected, we will confirm the refund amount due, by e-mail and make the repayment within 30 days.

Please note for card refunds it can take up to 14 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.


If, after having placed your order, you change your mind for any reason, you can cancel your order at any time before delivery.

All you have to do is inform us. A cancellation notice, together with your receipt, will be posted to your nominated address. Cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery will incur a £100 charge. If the cancellation is received after attempted delivery there will be a collection charge of £100.
